Job Description

Due to a rapid growth in sales calls and to an increase in telephone bookings our Sales Department is currently seeking applicants who are native speakers of the following languages: German, French, Spanish and/or Italian.

Our "Allround Sales Professionals" are responsible for handling calls, emails in the above mentioned languages.

Our aim is to provide fast and especially good service to our international customers.

We take Sales and customer service very seriously at the Sales Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and maintain a very high level of customer satisfaction for our customers in your mother tongue or in the languages you speak fluently
• Make reservations, handle cancellations, provide requested information and solve customer queries
• Provide speedy response to our customer emails in the languages you speak fluently
• Work efficiently and obtain the set sales and service targets
• On occasion inspect our holiday homes in Europe and attend Tourism Trade Fairs in Europe

Requirements

• Native speaker (German, French, Spanish, English and/or Italian)
• Orientation towards Sales and Service
• Ability to communicate in at least two of the above-mentioned languages
• Strong, clear communication and listening skills
• Orientation towards goals and results
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
